Ingredients:
- ⅔ cup plain low-fat yogurt
- ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (or mayonnaise)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp dried dill weed
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well before using. Store in the refrigerator between uses.
